There are plenty of resources on Autogenic Training in the German speaking countries, but only a handful of books for English-speaking North American practitioners.
You may want to read the following books:
Kermani, Kai. Autogenic Training: The Effective Holistic Way of BetterHealth. London: Souvenir Press, 1996.
After a preliminary chapter on holistic health, Dr. Kai Kermani, a British physician, leads the reader through a step-by-step process of learning Autogenic Training. The third part of his book consists of a description of the use of Autogenic Training for various medical conditions. Interestingly, the author shares in his book how Autogenic Training helped him to regain his eyesight from a progressive condition that would have left him blind.
